Invoice Policy:

Payments: Accepted forms of payment are: for US customers, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

Shipping & Handling:  for US customers - Shipping rates are calculated by USPS worldship software

RMA: Satisfaction is guaranteed. All shipments should be inspected immediately, any damages/errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Damages/errors will be replaced or a credit to your account will be issued (no cash value refunds given). We regret that we will be unable to accept returns/responsibility or issue credits for damages/errors reported after the initial 48 hours inspection period.

Purchasing:

We accept online orders only, the easiest and fastest way to order! Simply use the online ordering system, use the secure payment server, completely fill out the order form, and prepare to enjoy your new lifestyle accessories. All orders are processed by our representatives, so there is no option of being charged twice. If we have any questions regarding your order we will contact you before processing it. Shipping:

WE DO NOT SHIP TO Pennsylvania.
    
All orders are processed Mon-Fri., and are shipped within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock . Adult Signature required for delivery.
All orders recieved by 5pm Eastern Standard Time Will ship next bussiness day.  Our System proccess credit card charges at Midnight Eastern Time. Orders after that time will not ship for 24hrs.

Customer Service:

Our live representatives are available Monday through Friday, between 10am and 8pm EST. All other times you may leave a name, number and a time to reach you, and we will return your call as soon as possible or just send an e-mail.

In any correspondence with us, please include your name, question or concern and contact information. If your inquiry is with regards to an order please include your order number as well.

Returns/Exchange Policy:
Cloud Nine believes in prompt and courteous customer service. In the event that an order contains broken products, please report the damage within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise. Simply contact us and one of our representatives will provide instructions and handle the claim. If a damaged delivery is not reported within 72 hours of the receipt of the merchandise we will not be able to honor any claim. Once a product has been used, Cloud Nine cannot replace or exchange merchandise. Please inspect your complete order before using any items.

For any exchanges on an item, customers will pay for the shipping only.

Cloud Nine will honor any lost or never received orders with proper documentation of non delivery and confirmed receipt of sale. This is covered by insurance that is placed on every order.

Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any loss of the products according to Regulation and Laws are not refundable.
